I am a material led Industrial Ceramic Designer driven by everyday functional objects, taking inspiration from these objects that surround us on a daily basis. The key motivating factors within my practice are function and aesthetics, both of these are crucial to the design of a product and within my products I explore the balance between these.

My Story

Graduating from Manchester School of Art in the summer of 2014. Studying a BA (Hons) in Three Dimensional Design, specialising in Industrial Ceramic Design.

After leaving University I then went on to intern and work for Reiko Kaneko, learning a lot about how a business is ran and a studio works.

In the new year I went over to Denmark to take part in Project Network which is a residency involving 12 recent graduates from around the world to make connections and produce work together.

Following this I moved to London and am now working for SCP.
